A little about myself, I have spent the last 9 years working for a Bank here in Queensland, where I started originally in a Banking Call Centre progressing through to Lending where I held both a Mobile Lending and Personal Banking role.
I pride myself on getting to know my customer and their needs and helping them make a more informed choice when they are choosing the right loan for them. Not only this, I like to keep them informed every step of the way from loan inception to loan completion and beyond. I do not believe the end of our relationship is the end of the loan; I have developed wonderful friendships over the years with my clients.
